Record Keeping
No system can meet your needs if it does not capture, store and manage the information
critical to your HR and Payroll processes. StarGarden comprehensive database and
record keeping functions are the foundation from which the advantages of the StarGarden
solution result.
Capturing data close to its source maximizes accuracy. To encourage this method
of data input, the StarGarden system distributes data entry to the users who are
most closely involved with the data. For example, assistants in remote offices can
capture leave and vacation information, while supervisors can have access to the
